Return and Exchanges


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Please contact our team at to proceed your cancellation.


Returns (if applicable)

We accept return on products (in store credit refunds). Customers has the right to apply for return within 14 days after the receipt.
We accept item(s) in its new condition, with its original tags on and packaging. The item(s) should be free of any makeup stains and scent. It shall not be washed or worn. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For any returns (in store credit refunds), please contact us via Direct Messages to our Facebook or Instagram or fill in the form at Contact Us Page within 24 hours after receiving your item. The team will respond within 48 hours. Any request on returns (in store credit refunds) after 24 hours will be rejected. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your store credit refunds will be processed and we will send you an email for the details of the store credits.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
